  • Commercial landlord and tenant, lease and title disputes in state and federal court
  • All phases, from motions and depositions through trial
  • 1,800 hour minimum

$300K to $450K base, plus bonus and a share of fees on clients you bring in
  • Run commercial real estate matters start to finish and supervise juniors
  • Sophisticated opposing counsel on most matters
