Messaging Consent Disclosure

This Messaging Consent Disclosure explains how Sortiary LLC ("we," "us," or "our") communicates with candidates via text messaging and WhatsApp. This disclosure is separate from our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Our Phone Number

Our messaging number is (332) 900-3023. This is the number you will text and receive messages from.

2. How You Opt In

By texting our number at (332) 900-3023, you consent to receive text messages and WhatsApp messages from Sortiary LLC regarding confidential career opportunities. We obtain your consent in the following ways:

  • Email invitation: You receive an email from Sortiary about a confidential career opportunity. The email includes our phone number and a unique verification code (e.g., SRT-XXXX). By texting your verification code to (332) 900-3023, you are opting in to receive messages from Sortiary.
  • Inbound contact: If you message (332) 900-3023 directly (e.g., through a referral or word of mouth), you are opting in to receive messages by initiating the conversation.

Consent for messaging is not a condition of any purchase or any other agreement or service. You are never required to message us, and choosing not to does not affect your eligibility for career opportunities.

3. What Messages You Will Receive

After you text us, you will receive:

  • One (1) SMS auto-reply directing you to continue the conversation on WhatsApp at the same number for the best experience
  • WhatsApp messages about confidential career opportunities, including qualification discussions, document requests, and status updates
  • Occasional WhatsApp notifications about the status of your application (e.g., position filled, submission confirmed)

We do not send marketing messages, promotional content, or bulk communications. All messages are related to the career opportunity discussion you initiated.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement:

  • SMS: One (1) auto-reply per inbound text message
  • WhatsApp: Conversational — typically 5–15 messages per active opportunity discussion, spread across days or weeks. You control the pace by responding when convenient.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of messaging at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message from (332) 900-3023
  • Requesting to stop during a WhatsApp conversation — simply let us know you'd like to stop receiving messages
  • Emailing recruiting@sortiary.com with your opt-out request

Opting out is immediate. You will not receive further messages after your request is processed. Reply HELP for help.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any SMS you send or receive. WhatsApp messages use your data plan or Wi-Fi connection. Sortiary does not charge for messaging.
